The person with the least to lose is in charge in a negotiation or relationship.

Power may arise...

1. Competition
2. Risk taking or flair
3.Expertise
4. Morality
5. Deal with the people their own frame of reference.
6.Don't lie, just be evasive at most ; Honestly is the only defensible policy

and finally remember your gonna make horrible decision if you feel over confident.

Sign of liers

When people offer too much explanation, they might have reason. They don't usually do that for practicing. Probably they are gonna convince you or they are gonna make you believe a thing they like. People don't put too much words for no reason.

Remember things doesn't exist except in writing.

Life is negotiation & competiion

The only things you should do when your meets are not met is to increase the regret matrix for the other side. Let her/him to pay the higher price if she/he is gonna lose you. Respect the your opponent idea, but don't let her/him to believe just  hoping  the things stay the same , is gonna work. Don't leave anything fuzzy and remember things doesn't exist except in writing. Get somebody that has authority to negotiate.
